What if I miss a day on the program?

We recommend you be as consistent as possible as this is where you will see the best results. If for some reason you miss a day you can put it on at the end of the program, although it’s not highly recommended as it’s programmed in a certain structure it can be done. If you have missed more than 3 days in a row please let your coach Darcia know and she’ll be able to assist in what the best option is going forward
